We also offer a psychometric profiling for clients who ask us to screen a shortlist of candidates prior to interview. Research shows that implementing these tests as part of the recruitment process helps to eliminate unsuitable candidates, therefore saving you valuable time.
Level 1 - our personality and ability assessment follows a detailed job analysis with the client. We then are able to relate personal attributes of the candidate to a structured competency based interview, which will ensure a fully objective process of selection to achieve that higher rate of 'correct fit'.
Level 2 - we provide full skills assessment based on the criteria you give us, which involves the candidate taking part in an intensive bespoke skills assessment session. We advise the client from the initial job analysis that identifies the competencies that are required for a role through to making the best selection based on a combination of personality, skills and relevant experience. We provide comprehensive reporting and feedback so our clients can make sure the right person is selected for the role.
Referencing Services
Ensuring you recruit the right candidate for the right position requires careful vetting procedures before a person is employed. Apart from finding the candidate with the right competencies, you hope to find one who also has integrity, reliability and honesty.
When our clients are at the offer stage with a candidate, we can provide an independent third party reference and CV validation service in partnership with “Vero Screening”. Designed to save our clients the costs of hiring the wrong person, we provide a full range of candidate checks.
Initially we telephone interview the personal references supplied by the candidates and check all academic references. This activity is combined with some research into a candidate's background to estimate any commercial risk.
On request we offer an in-depth investigation, where we arrange face-to-face interviews with the referees, check all relevant academic documentation and references, check professional membership details and ask for credit ratings of an individual. We will also check the electoral register to verify an applicant's address, confirm date of birth, any outstanding county court judgments and ascertain whether a candidate holds any current or previous directorships or has been disqualified at any stage.
