Junior Legal Secretarial duties will include:
Word processing, typing and collating correspondence and various other documentation from audio / digital dictation
Typing of letters, memos, monthly reports, bills
Taking accurate messages and distributing
Creating and amending legal documents
Maintaining diary systems and arranging meetings
Handling expense claims
Receiving and sorting mail
Organising travel arrangements
Monthly billing
