Owen Reed are recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a top London law firm.
The HR Assistant will be supporting the team with a wide variety of HR duties.
Duties of the HR Assistant:
HR Operations: starters and leavers processes and weekly updates; management of absence and appraisal systems; supports the HR Manager with benefits administration
Payroll: is responsible for the first-run input of monthly payroll data (c100 employees).
HR admin: prepare offer letters/references/pension letters ; R&P letters ; prepares quarterly analysis of exit interview data; completes SRA compliance as it applies to HR supports HR Director/HR Manager with review process; produces HR data for HR Director/HR Manager as required ; Intranet supervisor; integral role with on-boarding in preparing new joiner inductions and HR induction
Trainee Recruitment: work with HR Manager & HR Director to manage our annual FW graduate recruitment process including assessment centres, vacation weeks
Recruitment: works with the HR Manager to help manage recruitment process of junior support staff / Associates ; accurately tracks recruitment expenditure and processes invoices
Training: works with the HR Director to manage the firm’s Professional Development Programme – books training; ensures accurate training records are kept
Engagement & Well-being: Supports HR Director with the planning and successful implementation of well-being activities
Diversity: Supports HR Director with new initiatives and brings new ideas to the team
