Role and Responsibilities: As a Junior Legal PA within our Practice Group Support team, you will provide proactive and professional support to a designated group of stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Focus: Regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss actions, priorities, and expectations.
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage schedules and appointments for stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise physical and virtual meetings, arrange necessary equipment, and provide refreshments.
- Workload Management: Prioritise and delegate tasks, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach.
- Communication: Screen calls, manage emails, handle client queries during absences, and assist with stakeholder correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Handle expenses, file opening/closing, CRM management, and financial administrative tasks.
- Technology Adoption: Embrace and promote technology-enabled ways of working, enhancing day-to-day efficiency.
- Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and networks.
- Team Support: Assist the wider PA team, covering for team members during absences or when required.
