Legal PA – Employment

Owen Reed are recruiting for a Legal PA to join a top London law firm.  The Legal PA will work within the Employment team.

The Legal PA will provide high quality and experienced PA support to a team including 1 Partner, 1 MA, 2 Associates and 1 PSL.

Duties of the Legal PA
► Initiate and drive the billing process
► Contribute to fee earners’ financial performance by proactively working with fee earners
► Support fee earners’ business development activity
► Ensure all file management processes are undertaken in a timely manner
► Undertake all matter management processes
► Conflict check and Client Due Diligence processes
► Accurately complete the end to end Client Matter Inception (CMI) process
► Drafting of engagement letters
► Preparation and ongoing review of Quality Risk Management (QRM) checklist
► Identify matters for closure and archiving completed files
► Comprehensive diary management
► Forward planning
► Identify and recommend cost efficient travel options
► Ensure wider meeting requirements are identified and actioned
