This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused solicitor to join a growing Private Client team at a leading law firm. The role offers a varied caseload and the chance to work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families on all aspects of private client work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a broad range of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.

• Handle inheritance tax returns, applications for grants of representation, and lasting powers of attorney.

• Advise clients on estate planning, tax implications, and related matters.

• Draft and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and third parties professionally and efficiently.

• Keep up to date with changes in legislation and apply best practices within the department.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in private client law.

• Strong knowledge of probate, wills, and tax-related matters.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a sensitive and client-focused approach.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Confident in managing a busy caseload and working autonomously.
