Owen Reed are recruiting for a BDM executive to join a top law firm in London. To thrive in this role you will need to have the following -
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate great attention to detail.
• Be a smart, fast, reliable and enthusiastic team player
• Have excellent organisational skills: be a multi-tasker with the ability to manage assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Be able to adapt and use new platforms quickly and effectively (Concep, Wordpress, Hootsuite)
In this position you will:
• Be responsible for the production of our fortnightly newsletter, While You Were Working, and keep content fresh on our intranet, The Beat.
• To co-ordinate and project manage timely directory submissions.
• Working with the BDM Intern to co-ordinate and project manage BDM and firm events
• Be responsible for the daily upkeep of our Wordpress-based website. Working with the BDM Managers and keeping the site up-to-date.
• Work with the BDM Managers to implement the social media policy for the firm and each team.
• To maintain the Concep platform mailing data and Liberate marketing pages.
• Conduct research and create first draft tender submissions.
• Produce ad hoc reports and research as required.
• Deliver monthly metrics around campaigns to better inform strategy.
• Maintain the BDM marketing collateral library.
• Supporting the wider BDM team with any additional projects
