Isabela is a Talent Acquisition Executive with a passion for people and diversity. Originally from Brazil, she moved to the UK in 2021 with her husband and has been working in Recruitment ever since.

Her background in Recruitment, Human Resources and a bachelor’s in Psychology have equipped her with the required skillset to understand candidates’ motivations and their individual needs. Isabela is committed to excellence in her work and brings a unique perspective to every project she takes on.

With her strong work ethic and passion for people, she takes the time to get to know each candidate to ensure they are the perfect fit for the role and the company culture.

In her free time, Isabela indulges in her love of video games, piano playing and reading fantasy books, especially the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. Her passion for the creative and imaginative worlds found in literature and video games fuels her with the creativity she takes to other projects.
