Owen Reed is seeking an experienced team leader with a passion for providing an outstanding customer service for a top law firm in London.
You need to be a confident, effective communicator, able to build relationships across different service lines and business areas. You will be used to taking ownership of your team and their tasks, with a focus on quality and risk management. Committed to continuous improvement, you will be expected to review processes, identify efficiencies, and implement these through positive change management. The primary focus of this role is to support the groups in the delivery of administrative services and to provide day to day supervision of the Legal Support team. This role is full-time, based in our London office.
THE TEAM
The Cube are a centralised legal support team providing comprehensive ‘on the floor’ administrative support to Lawyers and PAs across the groups within our London office. The team carry out a wide range of tasks involving digital and hard copy document support such as printing, scanning, electronic filing, and bundle preparation; closing and archiving files; booking travel; completing expense claims; running comparisons, preparing outgoing mail and couriers. Tasks are assigned via a workflow management tool, working to specified deadlines to meet the needs of the business.
