Owen Reed is looking to recruit a forward thinking and diligent Communications and Strategy Executive for a top law firm in London.

Location/s – London, Birmingham

Working Hours

Full Time

Days / Hours
Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

The Role

The Communications and Strategy Executive will:

Support the delivery of strategic projects aligned with the firm’s 2030 vision.

Assist in the firmwide business planning process, providing guidance and tracking progress.
Partner up on communications and engagement initiatives with the Head of Communications & Strategy.
Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic discussions and presentations.
Compile reports to support business cases and strategic planning.
Coordinate and prepare for internal events like the Partners’ Conference.

The Candidate

The ideal Communications and Strategy Executive will have:

Relevant business experience, preferably in a professional services environment.

Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to think laterally and link various workstreams.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and relationship building.
Good analytical and reasoning abilities.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work.

When I initially called the office after seeing the job advertisement, I was looking to speak to somebody to put myself forward and was listened to immediately and felt valued. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I spoke to a lady called Archie who was kind and enthusiastic and then was swiftly passed on to Jessica who was managing the position.

Jessica was wonderful to deal with. She has a great energy, is devoted, patient, attentive, warm, fun and positive and made me feel valued and extremely well looked after. Excellent communication throughout the process and I felt that she went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy, well prepared and feeling confident before the interviews.
