Owen Reed is recruiting a People and Culture Coordinator for a growing law firm based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a supportive and dynamic team, working closely with the People and Culture Manager on all areas of HR operations.

The People and Culture Coordinator will support key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee engagement. You will ensure accurate data management, deliver a high standard of HR support, and contribute to creating a positive people culture within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the HRIS (HiBob) and ensure accurate employee records.

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and induction processes.

• Coordinate recruitment activity, including scheduling interviews and managing documentation.

• Assist with performance reviews, training sessions, and wellbeing initiatives.

• Prepare HR correspondence, contracts, and reports.

• Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience within legal or professional services.

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR qualification preferred.

• Good understanding of UK employment law.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
